Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of GTM Strategy to build and lead the go-to-market strategy as a dedicated function reporting to the CRO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the GTM strategy, planning, and operating cadence, including annual and quarterly plans
  • Define and maintain the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segmentation strategy, aligning commercial strategy with product readiness
  • Design and operationalize GTM motions, including entry conversion and expansion, while driving experiments to improve performance
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years in GTM Strategy, Revenue Strategy, BizOps, or equivalent roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in pipeline creation and sales execution
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders effectively
  • Highly analytical with sound judgment in decision-making
  • Experience in technical domains such as security, development tooling, or AI is preferred
