Head of GTM Technology Operations

Job Summary

Leading the technology and growth operations strategy, the full-time Head of GTM Technology Operations will oversee the GTM technology ecosystem, drive AI-powered operational excellence, and scale growth operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technology ecosystem that supports marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth
• Champion an AI-first approach to operations, automation, analytics, and workflow design
• Connect marketing, campaign operations, business development, insights, and technology into a unified operating model

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software organizations
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, analytics, and GTM technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes
