Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales organization, the full-time Head of Health & Pharma Sales will manage a team of Sales Directors, drive revenue growth, and build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders while focusing on innovative advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional value to clients in the Health & Pharma sectors
- Define and execute strategies to attract new advertisers and achieve revenue growth targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated go-to-market strategies for key industry verticals
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, including at least 6 years managing sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and cultivating strategic customer relationships
- Deep understanding of digital advertising trends and the competitive landscape
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and data to enhance sales productivity and customer engagement
- Established relationships with senior decision-makers in leading brands and agencies
