Job Summary
Leading strategic growth and customer success, the full-time Head of Hospitality Commercial Strategy will manage enterprise accounts in the travel and hospitality sector, advising executives on revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing strategies while fostering high-performing teams in a remote-friendly environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the commercial performance and strategic growth of enterprise hospitality accounts, managing key relationships and driving measurable outcomes
- Advise customers on optimizing revenue management, distribution, and digital marketing strategies to enhance guest acquisition and profitability
- Lead a team focused on customer success, ensuring effective onboarding, retention, and value realization from Milestone's platform ecosystem
Required qualifications
- 12-18+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or commercial leadership roles, particularly in hospitality or SaaS environments
- Proven track record of managing enterprise portfolios with a focus on revenue retention and expansion
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior leaders in hospitality and travel sectors
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO and AI-driven strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
