Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build the GPO business by defining the operating model and establishing governance and financial tracking
  • Secure and structure strategic vendor partnerships, negotiating agreements and creating monetization models
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth by activating customer spend and ensuring measurable economic value for operators
Required Qualifications:
  • 6-10+ years of experience in a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation model
  • Experience negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization models
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or purchasing network
  • Experience building or growing a business unit from early stage to scaled revenue
  • Financially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
