Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build the GPO Business by defining the operating model and establishing governance and financial tracking mechanisms
  • Secure and Structure Strategic Vendor Partnerships by identifying high-impact categories and negotiating agreements
  • Drive Adoption and Revenue Growth by activating customer spend and establishing recurring vendor-funded revenue streams
Required Qualifications:
  • 6-10+ years of experience within a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation model
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization models
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or vendor ecosystem
  • Experience building or growing a business unit from early stage to scaled revenue
  • Financially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
