Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the GPO business by defining and launching the operating model and commercial framework
- Secure and structure strategic vendor partnerships to enhance hospitality spend categories
- Drive adoption and revenue growth through activated customer spend and recurring vendor-funded revenue streams
Required Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation model
- Experience negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization models
- Proven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or purchasing network
- Experience building or growing a business unit from early stage to scaled revenue
- Financially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
