Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Group Purchasing Organization - Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the GPO Business by defining the operating model and establishing governance and financial tracking mechanisms
- Secure and structure strategic vendor partnerships, including recruiting suppliers and negotiating agreements
- Drive adoption and revenue growth by activating customer spend and establishing recurring vendor-funded revenue streams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 6-10+ years of experience in a Group Purchasing Organization or similar commercial aggregation model
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating national supplier agreements and structuring vendor-funded monetization models
- Proven track record of launching or scaling a GPO or vendor ecosystem
- Experience in building or growing a business unit from early stage to scaled revenue
- Financially literate with a strong grasp of margin, rebates, and recurring revenue models
