Job Summary

Head of Human Resources is a full-time position responsible for leading the organization's human resource functions, aligning people strategy with business objectives, and ensuring effective talent management and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the organization's Human Resource strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, influencing organizational direction through talent management
• Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition and diversity initiatives to build a high-performing workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
• 15-20+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leadership exposure
• Proven experience in leading enterprise HR strategy in complex organizations
• Strong background in talent management and organizational development
• Demonstrated experience in leading transformation and change initiatives
