Job Summary
Seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Human Resources, the full-time remote position will manage all HR functions for BOOST and Rimstorm, focusing on strategic HR partnership, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and track HR metrics, presenting insights to leadership to connect people data with business outcomes
- Serve as the primary HR resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and HR leadership experience considered
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling an HR function
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS365 and experience as a hands-on HRIS user and administrator
