Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Head of Human Resources, the full-time remote position will manage all HR functions for BOOST and Rimstorm, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee experience, and driving strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and track HR metrics to connect people data to business outcomes and present findings to leadership
  • Serve as the primary HR resource for employees, addressing workplace concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring goals and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and HR leadership experience considered
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including building or scaling an HR function
  • Working knowledge of federal employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.)
  • Experience in a professional services or government contracting environment preferred
  • Demonstrated experience as a hands-on HRIS user and administrator
