Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Head of Human Resources will manage company-wide recruiting, develop compensation and retention programs, and oversee payroll and benefits for a fully distributed workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Own recruiting efforts across the company, sourcing candidates from diverse pipelines
- Assist leadership in creating compensation and retention strategies for senior staff
- Manage payroll, benefits, and administrative matters for a distributed team of investment professionals
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in human resources
- 3+ years of experience in candidate sourcing within financial services
- Prior experience with multistate and/or international employers is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills and strong organizational abilities
- Flexibility, humility, and a sense of humor are essential
