Head of Implementation

Job Summary

Driving implementation excellence across the organization, the full-time Head of Implementation will manage global strategies and execution models for client engagements, ensuring scalable delivery frameworks and operational governance in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the global implementation strategy and oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle
• Develop and execute supplier engagement strategies and manage supplier relationship governance
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Operations, Legal, and Delivery teams to ensure operational viability

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of leadership experience in implementation, program/project delivery, or related disciplines
• Proven success in leading global, cross-functional teams delivering complex client programs
• Expertise in designing and scaling implementation operating models that integrate various business functions
• Strong proficiency with enterprise tools and platforms such as CRM and project management software
• Experience in supplier lifecycle management and strategic partner ecosystems
