Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Influencer Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own global influencer marketing strategy and execution with accountability for measurable growth outcomes
- Scale a performance-focused creator program across multiple regions including the U.S., Europe, and Asia
- Build and refine systems for creator sourcing, selection, outreach, onboarding, and lifecycle management
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in influencer, performance, or growth marketing, ideally with prior FAANG company experience
- Proven track record in owning direct-response creator programs
- Strong analytical orientation with experience in performance data and experimentation
- Experience in regulated, complex, or global categories such as finance or tech
- Builder mindset with experience creating processes and scalable systems
