Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Portfolio, Innovation & Digital-First Consumer Brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the product portfolio, including SKU prioritization and pricing strategy
• Develop and launch commercial innovations such as bundles and new products
• Incubate digital-first consumer brands and scale successful concepts into revenue streams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in growth, DTC, startups, or innovation roles
• Proven track record of launching and scaling products or campaigns
• Experience with bundles, attach strategies, or portfolio optimization
• Background in consumer health, supplements, or regulated categories
• Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Recharge, and Klaviyo
