Job Summary

Leading institutional growth initiatives, the full-time Head of Institutional Growth will manage sales, business development, and strategic relationships to facilitate bespoke production deployments for Doppler, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead institutional growth efforts, focusing on sales and business development within the digital assets sector
• Build and nurture relationships with funds, asset managers, banks, fintechs, and corporates interested in onchain assets
• Act as a liaison between institutional buyers and protocol teams, providing feedback to inform product development and market needs

Required qualifications

• Strong network within the digital assets desks at major banks or crypto-native institutional players
• Experience in building an institutional book at a crypto-native company or leading digital assets initiatives in a traditional finance institution
• Deep understanding of tokenization and its implications for institutional finance
• Ability to engage with both technical teams and high-level executives on complex financial topics
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing business development processes
