Job Summary
Leading strategic relationships, the full-time Head of Institutional Sales will manage high-value institutional accounts across crypto, payments, and fintech, while overseeing the full sales cycle and representing the company at major industry events, both remotely and in-person.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-value institutional relationships, pursuing strategic sales opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualifying, negotiation, and closing
- Represent the company at major global and local industry conferences
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of institutional sales experience in fintech, with 2+ years in digital assets
- Experience selling into asset managers, banks, fintech, or crypto infrastructure
- Knowledge of stablecoins and crypto-native financial infrastructure
- Proven track record of closing 5 to 6-figure enterprise deals
- Motivated self-starter capable of working autonomously in a startup environment
