Head of Institutional Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Institutional Strategy & Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with ETF ecosystem providers to support JitoSOL deployment in traditional investment products
• Increase adoption of JitoSOL by developing and executing targeted strategies for both onchain and off-chain users
• Engage with high-value stakers and financial institutions to ensure their needs are incorporated into product development and liquidity roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in institutional business development, capital markets, or product strategy within traditional finance
• Deep understanding of the ETF/ETP lifecycle, including issuance, custody, and regulatory frameworks
• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency/DeFi ecosystem, particularly staking and decentralized exchanges
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven network among market makers and institutional asset managers
• Familiarity with regulatory and tax considerations surrounding digital assets in major financial jurisdictions
