Head of Insurance Experiences

Job Summary

To build a next-generation insurance platform, the full-time Head of Insurance Experiences will manage carrier partnerships, oversee performance tracking of rate displays, and optimize yield between rated flows and traditional leads/calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships
• Oversee performance by tracking conversion rates and adjusting pricing accordingly
• Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance distribution with a focus on digital lead/call models and rated experiences
• Strong understanding of P&L management and partnership building
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business development, product, and media teams
• Proficient in data analysis to inform pricing and customer journey decisions
• Experience in yield optimization and algorithm development for profit maximization
