Head of Integrated Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Integrated Design, responsible for leading the IT design and integration strategy for a merger.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Integrated Design Strategy across all IT domains
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Design Plan, capturing dependencies and key deliverables
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT Integration Design with business and partner teams

Qualifications / Skills

• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of enterprise architecture and IT integration leadership experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years leading multi-domain technical teams in complex M&A or large-scale transformations
• Proven experience in designing and governing end-to-end IT integrations across applications, infrastructure, and data
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong command of enterprise architecture frameworks and hands-on experience with architecture and design tools
