Head of Integration Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Integration Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and execution of platform integrations with EHRs and partner APIs
• Build and scale a high-performing team while ensuring integrations are secure and HIPAA compliant
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver integration roadmaps and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in team management at high-growth startups
• Deep experience with integrations and healthcare data standards
• Strong system design skills, including microservices and SQL/NoSQL
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, Node.js, or TypeScript
• Knowledge of CI/CD, cloud platforms, and security compliance such as HIPAA and SOC 2
