Head of Inventory Planning
Job Summary
To optimize inventory performance, the full-time remote Head of Inventory Planning will lead forecasting and replenishment functions, drive inventory turns, and enhance in-stock performance while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Forecast items at the style-color-size level by week to achieve key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal sourcing teams and external vendors to maximize product availability
- Develop and implement automated forecasting solutions in partnership with the technology team
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or related analytics/technology roles
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel statistical functions
- Experience in prototyping inventory optimization techniques and leveraging technology
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners
