Head of Investment Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Investment Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Strategic Asset Allocation framework to optimize risk-adjusted returns
• Lead product and asset hedging programs, including target setting and performance reporting
• Manage a multi-disciplinary team, providing coaching and mentoring to investment staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field preferred
• Minimum 15 years in insurance investment management, preferably in Strategic Asset Allocation or Asset-Liability Management roles
• Experience leading and developing high-performing professional teams
• Superior understanding of life insurance products and associated risks
• CFA designation and/or FSA preferred
