Head of Investor Relations

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Head of Investor Relations, this full-time position will lead the outbound sourcing of Limited Partners (LPs), focusing on growth hacking, community building, and converting marketing leads into committed investors for the Decile Group.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to identify potential Limited Partners for the Decile Group network
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage high-quality LPs, fostering community participation and investment
• Manage ongoing community relationships to enhance growth, satisfaction, and sustained LP involvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investor relations, sales, or sourcing roles, preferably in venture capital or finance startups
• Expertise in community growth across various media channels and platforms
• High proficiency in prompt engineering and AI tools for research and outreach
• Strong multitasking and pipeline management skills with attention to detail
