Head of Investor Relations

Job Summary

To support a growing fintech company, the full-time salaried Head of Investor Relations will manage board and shareholder engagement, oversee investor communications, and prepare the company for potential public-market activities, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own and elevate the investor relations function, focusing on board and shareholder engagement and public-market readiness
• Lead the development of investor presentations and shareholder materials while managing investor engagement and liquidity processes
• Shape Cleo's long-term equity story and maintain relationships with board members, existing shareholders, and prospective investors

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, or strategic finance
• Deep familiarity with consumer and fintech business models
• Experience leading or supporting private financing rounds and secondary transactions
• Strong financial fluency across operating metrics, financial statements, and capital structure
• Credibility with private-market investors and senior executives
