Head of Investor Relations
Job Summary
Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Head of Investor Relations, responsible for LP capital raising for the Xsolla Credit Fund, managing relationships with investors, and supporting fundraising efforts for additional investment products.
Key responsibilities
- Activate and grow existing LP relationships while sourcing new investors across various institutions
- Drive follow-through from initial contact to closed commitments, maintaining clean CRM reporting and providing regular internal updates
- Support the creation and enhancement of investor materials, refine messaging, and coordinate LP diligence requests
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in investor relations, private funds, or institutional fundraising
- An established network of LP relationships that can be activated for a first-time fund
- A proven track record of raising institutional capital and understanding LP fundraising mechanics
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and project management discipline
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred
