Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of IT & OT.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing IT & OT team with clear ownership and accountability
• Own the cybersecurity strategy and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
• Manage technology budgets, vendors, and the evaluation of new tools for productivity and security

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate IT, infrastructure, or technology operations
• Proven experience in building and leading technology teams in high-growth environments
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity, including identity management and risk mitigation
• Hands-on experience with SSO, identity platforms, and cloud infrastructure, particularly GCP
• Familiarity with Operational Technology standards for power generation assets is a plus
