Head of KOL Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the global affiliate program, the full-time Head of KOL Strategy will build and execute Kraken's KOL strategy, manage a business development team, and ensure compliance with financial influencer laws while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build out and lead Kraken's global KOL strategy, including team management and execution
• Scale processes for sourcing, contracting, and managing KOLs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws
• Develop strategies to attract top KOLs and measure the success of partnerships to optimize ROI

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the crypto space with a focus on KOL program development
• Proven track record in user growth within a competitive and regulated environment
• Existing relationships with crypto and adjacent industry influencers
• Strong knowledge of crypto products, revenue models, and market players
• Experience in marketing analytics and managing KOLs across multiple products
