Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Learning Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and launching the Learning Center strategy, infrastructure, and content ecosystem
• Defining a multi-year roadmap for global learning experiences for various user groups
• Establishing success metrics and leveraging data insights to optimize learning journeys

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building or owning large-scale LMS or learning platforms
• Experience launching learning programs from the ground up in high-growth or enterprise environments
• Ability to build systems, processes, and teams to deliver at scale
• Demonstrated customer obsession and commitment to learner experience and outcomes
• Proven ability to collaborate across Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams
