Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, preferably in a remote BPO environment
  • Proven experience managing a team of learning professionals
  • Expertise in online learning platforms and LMS usage
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
