Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Learning Specialists
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, preferably in a remote BPO environment
• Proven experience managing a team of learning professionals
• Expertise in online learning platforms and LMS usage
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
