Job Summary

Leading the Learning Experience team, the full-time Head of Learning Experience will manage team performance, define operational vision, and implement improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as people manager for the LX team, setting clear expectations and enabling team success
• Define a vision for LX operations by leveraging industry best practices and personal experience
• Continuously evaluate and adopt cutting-edge tools, particularly AI and automation, to enhance team output

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in managing creative teams, especially in video production
• A track record of high-accountability management with high-performing teams
• Expert knowledge of tools and automation, particularly AI tools
