Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Legal & Regulatory Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and scale the Legal & Public Affairs organization, implementing AI/automation-driven playbooks
• Own and evolve the Legal and Public Affairs roadmaps in alignment with business priorities
• Lead negotiations for complex partnerships and establish frameworks for safe scaling

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of legal and public affairs experience with significant in-house leadership in tech or fintech
• Expertise in Web3/Crypto, including digital assets and the regulatory interface
• Proven track record of negotiating major partnerships, particularly in the US context
• Experience managing both Legal and Public Affairs strategy simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams through rapid growth
