Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Legal Operations to build and scale a modern legal operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the legal operations function, including operating model, KPIs, and performance dashboards
• Optimize the legal technology ecosystem and lead the legal's AI strategy
• Redesign legal workflows and build knowledge management systems to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or related strategic roles
• Hands-on experience with legal technology platforms such as CLM and e-billing
• Strong program and project management capabilities
• Experience building processes or operational functions from inception
• Familiarity with AI's impact on corporate legal functions
