Head of Lending

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Lending to lead their Loan Management System and build a Digital Credit Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and commercial performance of the Loan Management System
• Define high-value institutional lending use cases and partner with Product and Engineering teams
• Build relationships with lenders and contribute to the design of the Digital Credit Network

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in credit, lending, or capital markets
• Direct exposure to crypto lending or digital asset financing
• Strong understanding of collateral mechanics and credit risk
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and regulators
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building and scaling new verticals
