Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive repeat-booking rates, guest lifetime value (LTV), and direct demand from existing guests
- Conduct guest feedback analysis to inform lifecycle, product, brand, and operations strategies
- Develop and implement loyalty programs and proactive guest engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with B2C lifecycle platforms
- Strong data fluency and ability to analyze campaign performance independently
- Experience using AI in marketing strategies and operations
- Proven track record of executing experiments and measuring outcomes effectively
