Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive repeat-booking rates, guest lifetime value (LTV), and direct demand from existing guests
  • Conduct guest feedback analysis to inform lifecycle, product, brand, and operations strategies
  • Develop and implement loyalty programs and proactive guest engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and familiarity with B2C lifecycle platforms
  • Strong data fluency and ability to analyze campaign performance independently
  • Experience using AI in marketing strategies and operations
  • Proven track record of executing experiments and measuring outcomes effectively
