Job Summary
Driving borrower engagement and maximizing lifetime value, the full-time remote Head of Lifecycle Marketing will set and execute the strategy for customer retention, re-engagement, and product offerings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance profitability and customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end lifecycle strategy from first payment through payoff and additional product offerings
- Utilize data-driven insights to determine next-best-offer strategies and optimize customer engagement
- Lead rigorous experimentation and analysis to inform lifecycle marketing tactics and improve retention metrics
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing, preferably in lending or fintech
- Proven track record of owning LTV or retention strategies and understanding P&L levers
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, funnel conversion, and forecast modeling
- Expertise in journey design and automation workflows, with the ability to collaborate with data scientists
- Experience in building and leading teams, with a focus on high performance and strategic growth
