Head of Live Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Liveops and Monetization - Portfolio Games.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the game's live operations strategy, execution, and performance
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with external studios and internal stakeholders
• Lead the planning and execution of live events, content updates, and monetization campaigns that align with key KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Lead or Live Ops Manager in mobile gaming, preferably with puzzles
• Strong understanding of mobile F2P game design, game economies, and user engagement loops
• Proven track record in managing Live Ops and product roadmaps with measurable business impact
• Excellent analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience working with remote teams or external development partners
