Head of Machine Learning AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Machine Learning & AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a vision for how ML/AI is used across the company
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, safety, internal operations, and understanding of the ecosystem
• Build and lead a world-class ML team focused on impact, principled solutions, and innovation

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years experience in applied machine learning
• 5+ years experience leading teams, including hiring and growing senior talent
• Experience as a hands-on leader, working with senior executives and reviewing team's work
• Proficiency with common industry data & ML tools (e.g. Python, Vertex, Argo)
• Collaborative attitude and natural curiosity
