Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and improvement of antivirus product metrics and roadmap
• Oversee the end-to-end malware detection pipeline and drive architectural decisions
• Manage and mentor multiple teams while ensuring operational excellence and quality of releases

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management role
• Deep expertise in malware analysis and antivirus technologies
• Experience in leading security products or labs
• Strong background in distributed systems and data engineering
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and large-scale data processing
