Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Networking Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national payer contracting strategy focused on value-based and full-risk arrangements
• Lead national payer relationships, including negotiation and performance oversight with health plans
• Oversee credentialing operations and drive payer performance management to optimize contract outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building and leading large teams in matrixed environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and C-level executives
