Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the vision, strategy, and operational model for Managed Services
• Establish organizational structure, processes, and technology for service delivery
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in iGaming or similar operational environments
• Proven track record in building or transforming global service organizations
• Deep understanding of managed-services domains such as player support and fraud operations
• Experience with P&L ownership and cost optimization
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
