Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads
- Lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Partnerships
- Own decisions, manage marketing budget, and ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in HR tech or SaaS for IT teams is a plus
- Experience in Demand Generation or Growth specialisms is preferred
- Experience working in a scale-up environment is beneficial
