Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Marketing to lead its marketing strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the go-to-market strategy, including integrated campaigns and external communications
- Optimize and scale a multi-channel demand generation engine to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth
- Leverage data for segmentation, campaign performance, and build reporting frameworks for decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of D2C marketing experience with ownership of company-wide marketing strategy
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a hands-on leader in high-growth environments
- Experience executing and optimizing campaigns directly, not solely through agencies
- Experience leveraging AI tools for outcomes and efficiency
- Proven success in highly targeted or geographically constrained markets
