Job Summary
Results-oriented and visionary, the full-time Head of Marketing will drive market share and brand awareness while leading a dedicated team to communicate complex clinical technology and execute differentiated marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and refine corporate narrative and product positioning to differentiate offerings in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective commercial launch and alignment of messaging
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, implementing agile marketing strategies to accelerate product adoption
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA, MS, Ph.D.) preferred
- 10+ years of direct marketing experience in healthcare or life sciences, focusing on commercialization and brand building
- 8+ years of experience leading marketing functions and direct people management
- Commercial marketing experience in oncology or advanced diagnostics with clinician-facing products
- Robust business acumen with a track record of translating clinical data into actionable campaigns
