Job Summary
Leading the marketing function in a full-time remote capacity, the Head of Marketing will manage brand strategy, demand generation, and communications while driving pipeline contribution and enhancing market presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and develop Kelly's brand strategy, identity, and external messaging
- Drive integrated demand generation efforts across various marketing channels and oversee content strategy
- Lead internal and external communications, managing marketing technology and analytics for informed decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, particularly in B2B services or staffing
- Proven track record of transforming marketing functions and connecting investments to revenue outcomes
- Strong presence and communication skills for engaging with executives and clients
- Experience in integrating employer branding with overall marketing strategies
- Proficient in leveraging marketing technology and data analytics for campaign performance improvement
