Job Summary
To lead the next chapter of growth, the full-time Head of Marketing will manage the marketing organization end-to-end, driving demand and conversion while developing brand strategy and storytelling in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive demand and conversion by owning performance across various channels and meeting acquisition targets
- Lead brand strategy and execution to ensure consistency across customer touchpoints
- Partner with product and operations to align the customer journey and own key performance metrics
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of consumer marketing experience with senior leadership roles (Director or VP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage both brand building and performance marketing effectively
- Direct experience in a DTC or consumer services company with significant revenue growth
- Track record of success in competitive consumer categories, ideally in home or design
- Strong instincts for brand and design, with a strategic and hands-on approach
