Job Summary
To lead the next stage of marketing strategy, the full-time Head of Marketing will assess the existing marketing function, establish strategic priorities, and launch high-impact initiatives in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy that drives awareness, demand, pipeline creation, adoption, and renewal across districts and states
- Translate literacy impact and customer stories into compelling campaigns for various stakeholders, including district leaders and educators
- Partner closely with sales to align on campaign priorities and measure lead quality and revenue impact
Required Qualifications
- Experience marketing to K-12 school districts or education decision-makers, with a preference for backgrounds in edtech or literacy
- Demonstrated understanding of K-12 buying cycles and district decision-making processes
- Proven ability to build integrated marketing programs that generate qualified demand
- Strong analytical skills to define KPIs and interpret campaign data
- Experience using marketing automation and modern digital marketing tools
