Job Summary
Owning the full demand generation engine for India, the full-time Head of Marketing will manage pipeline targets, lead account-based marketing initiatives, and build a high-performing team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and report against India's annual marketing-sourced pipeline and MQA targets, ensuring effective conversion rates
- Execute targeted account-based marketing programs and manage co-marketing opportunities with major global systems integrators
- Plan and execute India's event calendar and manage the field marketing budget to optimize campaign effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 8-10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior marketing role with accountability for pipeline targets
- Demonstrated ownership of demand generation in an enterprise technology or SaaS environment
- Working fluency in account-based marketing and intent-data platforms, as well as CRM-based pipeline reporting
- Deep understanding of India's enterprise buying landscape across key sectors such as financial services and public sector
- Proven ability to navigate and manage relationships in a matrixed organization
