Job Summary
Leading demand generation efforts, the full-time Head of Marketing will build and scale marketing programs, design strategic campaigns for growth, and collaborate cross-functionally while managing a remote team.
Key responsibilities
- Craft multi-channel strategies to enhance revenue pipelines through various marketing tactics
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, focusing on onboarding and conversion optimization
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize marketing impact and team performance
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, particularly in demand generation and PLG initiatives
- Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts from early-stage inbound to enterprise revenue growth
- Hands-on experience with marketing tech stacks, including CRM and automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven funnel optimization and attribution modeling
- Exceptional leadership experience in building and mentoring cross-functional teams
