Job Summary

Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the full-time remote Founding Head of Marketing and Sales will manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing while developing and executing internal marketing strategies to elevate the brand and attract larger clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and handle contract negotiations
  • Develop and execute Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content and brand positioning
  • Create and direct the production of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and social content
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of digital marketing
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
  • Ability to operate as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions
